 Refunds

The Excellence’s Store has a no refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return t back to the Excellence’s Store for store credit only.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

After the item has been inspected by the Excellence’s Shop, we will notify you by email of the approval or denial related to your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items like fashion earrings and custom products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The Excellence’s Store has a 30-day return or exchange policy. No returns or exchanges are given for purchases after 30 days. The item must be unworn, and in the same condition, you received it from the Excellence’s Store. The Excellence’s Store will replace any item(s) deemed defective or damaged within 30 days at no additional cost. The Excellence’s Store will also exchange any item due to size if the product is unworn and in the same condition as it was received. You, the consumer, will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for any returned item(s) to the Excellence’s Store and the postage for the exchanged item(s).

 

You must receive approval from the Excellence’s Store before shipping any item back to us. Upon receiving approval from the Excellence’s Store, you will be required to pay the shipping fee to return the item to the Excellence’s Store, and you will receive an invoice to pay the shipping for all exchanges.
